
The Ukrainian Esports Federation (UESF) has announced significant personnel changes: Ukrainian entrepreneur and strategic investor Maksym Krippa, owner of NAVI and Maincast studio, has become the organization’s new president. This appointment marks the transition of UESF to a qualitatively new level, with a focus on international integration, strengthening partnerships, and raising capital for the development of the esports industry in Ukraine.

Key areas of the updated strategy
In a commentary to Forbes Ukraine, Krippa said that the Federation is facing a large-scale reformatting. It is about improving the management structure, opening new channels of cooperation with international organizations, and creating more attractive conditions for investors. These are among the main tasks set by the new leadership:
- active attraction of private capital to support Ukrainian esports projects;
- increasing the competitiveness of domestic teams on the global stage;
- launching platforms for training young players and supporting new esports initiatives.
New management team of UESF
The new management team includes leading industry experts:
- Vitaliy Volochay, co-founder of Maincast and a leading expert in esports broadcasting;
- Yevhen Zolotarev, CEO of NAVI, who has extensive experience in managing sports organizations;
- Andrii Gorodenskyi, NAVI Head Coach, a specialist in training professional players;
- Oleksiy Kucherov, NAVI’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for strategic planning;
- Mikhail Zverev, analyst and commentator of esports events.
Andriy Hrytsenko, an esports organizer with many years of experience and a former partner of NAVI in the organization of international tournaments, has been appointed as the Executive Director of UESF.
Opportunities for the industry
With the arrival of Maksym Krippa, the UESF gains a powerful leader capable of bringing Ukrainian esports to the world level. The Federation is expected to increase support for internal projects, facilitate large-scale events in Ukraine, and provide stable funding for the industry.
