Ukrainian entrepreneur Maksym Krippa continues to diversify his assets and strengthen his position in the real estate market by becoming one of the co-owners of the development company DIM. This step is a logical continuation of his investment strategy, which covers the IT sector, hospitality and commercial real estate. This partnership demonstrates Krippa’s commitment to building a sustainable and balanced business model that can adapt to economic challenges.
The details of the deal and Maksym Krippa’s strategic plans were published in the Forbes article, which paid special attention to his investment approach and intentions to develop key sectors of the Ukrainian economy.
Maksym Krippa’s participation in DIM’s capital opens up new prospects for the company. The plans include scaling up existing projects and launching new residential complexes. DIM co-founder Oleksandr Nasikovsky emphasized that cooperation with Krippa will strengthen the company’s financial stability and create conditions for growth even in an unstable economy.
The first joint project will be the completion of The One residential complex, located next to the iconic Parus business center, one of Krippa’s assets. The complex combines residential and commercial infrastructure, creating a comfortable space for living and working in the heart of Kyiv.
The investment will allow DIM to implement innovative construction technologies, including eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient solutions and automated building management systems. This will increase the level of safety and comfort for residents, as well as reduce the cost of operating the property.
Today, DIM is implementing projects with a total area of over 900 thousand square meters in Kyiv and the suburbs. More than 3,600 apartments have already been commissioned. Thanks to the new partnership, the company has the opportunity to scale up its operations, enter new markets, and raise the standards of housing construction in Ukraine.

For Maksym Krippa, participation in DIM is not just an investment, but a contribution to the development of the modern urban environment. This step strengthens his position as one of the most promising investors in the country and opens up new opportunities for international expansion.
